建議食法 (以 Bruno 燒肉機作示範)(Using Bruno hot plate as demonstration)

烹調前,請將食材從雪櫃取出,並攤至軟身,可用手按壓食材,確保肉中間亦完全呈軟身狀態。

Before cooking, take the meat out of the refrigerator until it is softened.


【 烹調步驟 Cooking steps 】

1. 先搖勻梨汁,扭開瓶蓋,將梨汁倒於黑毛豬梅頭片一面。
    Shake the pear sauce before use.Turn the bottle cap and put pear sauce on one side of the pork.


2. 用匙子平均把梨汁塗勻黑毛豬梅頭片一面,等候1分鐘。

    Spread the pear sauce evenly on one side of the pork with a spoon, and wait for 1 minute. 


3. 把燒爐開大火預熱2-3分鐘,直至有煙。把肉放在燒爐上:掃滿梨汁的一面先朝上,每面煎烤約10秒。

    Preheat the plate for 2-3 minutes over high heat until there is smoke. Fry the pork with the side covered in sauce facing upwards, and fry for about 10 seconds on each side.
