Kagoshima red satsuma chicken is known as one of the three major native chickens in Japan. Kagoshima red satsuma chicken platter includes the rare parts - chicken liver, heart and gizzard. Precise cutting skill to handle the complicated procedures by our chefs removes unnecessary skins, tendons and blood. It could be cooked like yakiniku or hotpot which tastes tender and chewy.
