日式照燒雞扒 配 DCM秘製照燒雞醬 Japanese Teriyaki Chicken Thigh with DCM Teriyaki Chicken Sauce

DoubleChefs用自家照燒雞醬醃製,由於工序繁複、醃製時間長,經醃製後的雞扒鮮嫩入味。用氣炸鍋燒過後,雞扒外層變得皮脆焦香,肉質嫩滑多汁,又有醬料甜香濃郁的味道,如喜歡更濃味,可沾上照燒雞醬,味道更惹味!

DoubleChefs marinates the chicken thigh with homemade teriyaki chicken sauce. Chicken thigh is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside after cooking in the airfryer. The marinade is rich and sweet, you can also serve it with teriyaki chicken sauce if you prefer heavier taste.

烹調前,請將食材從雪櫃取出,並攤至軟身,可用手按壓食材,確保肉中間亦完全呈軟身狀態。

Before cooking the food, take the meat out of the refrigerator until it is softened. 


【 烹調步驟 Cooking steps 】

1. 先預熱氣炸鍋180度約5分鐘。

    Preheat an air oven at 180° C for 5 minutes.

2. 放雞扒於氣炸鍋焗15分鐘,雞皮向下。

    Place the chicken, skin facing downwards in the air oven, and cook it for 15 mins.

3. 反轉焗10分鐘即成。

    Flip over and cook for another 10 mins.

4. 可沾上DCM秘製照燒雞醬同吃。

    You can eat it with DCM teriyaki chicken sauce.


* 請注意:以上建議烹調方法使用RECOLTE 氣炸鍋作示範,不同品牌的氣炸鍋所需的烹調溫度及時間或會有所不同。

* Please note that the suggested cooking method mentioned above using RECOLTE Air Oven as demonstration. The cooking temperature and time required varies for different brands of air ovens / airfryers.

    Due to factors such as vacuum packaging, humidity or temperature, the meat may turn dark brown, but its taste, freshness and texture will not change.
