Suggested ingredient: Egg


1. 打開包裝將壽喜湯加入鍋中,加入後約1.5cm深,以中火/中細火煮滾。

    Add sukiyaki soup to the pot about 1.5cm deep, and boil over medium/medium low heat.


2. 放入南瓜、紅蘿蔔煮約5分鐘及洋蔥煮約3分鐘。

    Add pumpkin, carrots and cook for about 5 minutes and onion for about 3 minutes.


3. 中途加入兩片日本牛小排煮約5秒夾起食用,再夾南瓜、紅蘿蔔及洋蔥食用。

    Add two slices of Japanese short Rib and cook for about 5 seconds halfway through step 2, and serve. Then, serve with pumpkin, carrot and onion.


4. 添加湯至開始時的份量,隨意放入蔬菜煮約2-3分鐘(間中用筷子反轉蔬菜)或牛肉煮約5秒。

    Add sukiyaki soup to the portion of step 1, and randomly add vegetables and cook for about 2-3 minutes. (turn the vegetables with chopsticks occasionally) or beef and cook for about 5 seconds.

(建議牛肉按數字順序食用,味道由淡到濃風味更佳)

5. 煮好即夾起食用。
    Serve immediately. 


6. 重覆步驟4-5。
    Repeat steps 4-5. 


7. 吃完蔬菜及牛肉後,可加熱水調至適當濃度烹調烏冬 或 倒走多餘湯,然後汁煮烏冬。

    After eating meat and vegetables, you can add hot water to the proper concentration to cook udon or pour away excess soup and boil udon. 


〖 小貼士 Tips 〗

1. 牛肉吃時可沾生雞蛋食用。

    You can eat the beef with raw eggs.

2. 當湯被蒸發,可隨時添加湯至開始時的份量。

    You have to keep adding soup to maintain the portion like step 1. 

3. 建議用中火或中細火烹調保持微滾,遲免水份過度蒸發引至過濃。

    It is recommended to boil slightly on medium low heat or medium heat, so as to avoid excessive evaporation and excessive concentration.

4. 長時間烹調有機會把湯煮至過濃,可隨自己口味加熱水調節濃度。

    The soup may become too concentrated after cooking for long time so you can add hot water anytime.
