【 熱水加熱 Boiling method 】

把懶人包直接放入沸水中加熱10分鐘至熱透。加熱後請即時食用。

Place and heat the ingredient pack in boiling water for 10 minutes. Consume immediately after reheating.


【 微波爐加熱 Reheat by microwave method 】

將食物倒入微波爐適用的器皿,用微波爐以中高火加熱3分鐘至熱透。

Pour the content in a microwave-safe container, then heat it in the microwave oven for 3 minutes on medium-high heat.
