漢堡扒以鹿兒島A4黑毛和牛製成,加入洋蔥、紫蘇葉、淮山等食材,令肉質鬆軟有咬口,肉汁豐富之餘,牛味非常濃郁。除了可以香煎外,亦可以氣炸鍋作烹調,簡單方便。漢堡扒配搭DCM秘製中濃醬及芝士令味道瞬間昇華,提升漢堡扒的層次! 


The burger patty is made of Kagoshima A4 Wagyu beef and other ingredients such as onions, perilla leaves, and yam. The burger steak tastes rich and beefy. In addition to frying, it could also be cooked in an air fryer, which is simple and convenient. DCM's secret chuno sauce and cheese are perfect pair for burger steak!

    DCM Kagoshima A4 Wagyu Beef Burger Patty (~130g) x2

2. DCM秘製中濃醬 x1
    DCM Chuno Sauce x1

3. 片裝芝士 x2
    Sliced Cheese x2

氣炸鍋 Airfryer

1. 漢堡扒於室溫解凍10分鐘。

    Thaw the burger patty at room temperature for 10 minutes.

2. 以 200° C 預熱氣炸鍋約 5 分鐘。

    Preheat the airfryer at 200°C for about 5 minutes.

3. 放漢堡扒先焗 10 分鐘,反轉再焗8分鐘至熟透。

    Put the burger patty and cook for 10 minutes, then flip over and cook for another 8 minutes until cooked.

4. 加芝士於漢堡扒焗2分鐘即成。

    Add cheese to the burger patty and cook for 2 minutes.

5. 配搭DCM自家製中濃醬同吃。

    Serve with DCM chuno sauce.


* 請注意: 以上建議烹調方法使用RECOLTE 氣炸鍋作示範,不同品牌的氣炸鍋所需的烹調溫度及時間或會有所不同。

* Please note that the suggested cooking method mentioned above using RECOLTE Air Oven as demonstration. The cooking temperature and time required varies for different brands of air ovens.


煎鍋 Frying pan

1. 漢堡扒於室溫解凍10分鐘。

    Thaw the burger patty at room temperature for 10 minutes.

2. 下油預熱煎鍋,以中火煎約1分30秒。

    Preheat the frying pan with oil and fry over medium heat for about 1 minute and 30 seconds.

3. 反轉漢堡扒以中火煎1分30秒。

    Flip over and fry over medium heat for 1 minute and 30 seconds.

4. 倒入50毫升水,加蓋以細火焗7分鐘至熟透。

    Pour 50ml of water, cover the pan with a lid and cook for 7 minutes until cooked.

5. 加芝士於漢堡扒上,加蓋以細火焗40秒即成。

    Add cheese to the burger patty, cover the pan with a lid and cook for 40 seconds.

6. 配搭DCM自家製中濃醬同吃。

    Serve with DCM chuno sauce.

    Due to factors such as vacuum packaging, humidity or temperature, the meat may turn dark brown, but its taste, freshness and texture will not change.
