訂購


● 訂單一經提交,客戶不得單方面取消有關訂單。

● 本公司將以電郵形式,向客戶確認已收取訂單。

● 加入購物車並不代表已成功購買貨品,一切以完成結賬程序為準。

● 法例規定不可售賣酒精類飲品予18歲以下的人士。任何客戶於網上訂購酒精類飲品,該客戶須保證其已年滿18歲或以上並有權合法購買上述貨品。

● 本公司盡力確保本網站所介紹的貨品為最新資料及價格,以及存貨,並保留權利更改貨品的價格而不作另行通知,所有訂單須視乎相關貨品的供應情況再作最後確認及處理。如任何貨品因缺貨而未能提供予客戶,本公司有權拒絕接受該訂單,或建議相同種類及價格的貨品以供替代。



付款


● 本公司使用第三方付款服務以進行網上交易。當客戶作出訂購時,即同意及接納受其條款及細則所限,客戶的付款資料將會被本公司以及付款服務供應商收集、處理及保留。客戶同意及接納獨自承擔於進行交易時所招致或產生的任何損失,且本公司於任何情況下均毋須承擔任何有關全部或部分損失。

送貨


● 為保障顧客與送貨員,若顧客選擇送貨至14天內有已確診新型冠狀病毒感染個案出現之大廈,送貨職員只會安排於該大廈樓下交收。

● 本店提供的送貨服務不設指定時間收貨。

● 如因無法與客戶聯繫或其他原因,以致客戶未能在所選送貨時間及地點收貨,即代表客戶准許送貨員將閣下所訂購之食材,放於下單時之送貨地點(或最近可送達之位置),並視作完成送貨程序。本公司並不保證食材在卸貨後,能夠保持適當貯存溫度,亦不會負責任何後果,包括肉質變壞、被他人盜取等情況;如送貨地點屬於偏遠地區而安排在指定地點交收的顧客,未能在指定送貨時間內交收,送貨員將會從下單時已商議之指定地點取走,已發貨之食材並不重發。

● 當貨品送抵客戶指定地址,本公司責任即已解除。本公司並無權責核實收件人身份,但會要求收件人簽收作實。若客户要求將貨品放置於門外或管理處,因而導致任何後果,本公司概不負責。

● 如需要更改送貨資料,客戶須於至少提前1個工作天,並於辦公時間內提出要求。

● 送貨服務可能因天氣、交通、地區或其他因素而暫停或延期,送貨時間將會另作安排,並有專人作出跟進。

● 為保持食材新鮮,部分食材為即日採購,訂單可能因供應情況而受到影響。若本公司未能提供訂單上的任何產品或服務,本公司將於送貨或取貨前通知客戶。

● 客戶請在收貨時,當面點算所有貨品及相應數量;如有任何問題,請於取貨後24小時內通知我們。

● 訂單確認後,必須選擇於14天內收取貨品,否則Double Chefs Market保留取消有關訂單的權利。

● 訂單在「已確認」後立即進入物流系統程序,因此在「已確認」訂單中更改訂購產品或產品數量,可能造成物流記錄有差異而影響派送安排。故此,請恕本公司未能更改任何已確認的訂單,請客戶理解及體諒。

● 各發貨日均設有配額限制,額滿即止,恕不另行通知。

● 如送貨地址未有升降機直達而需步行樓梯,客戶需自行到樓下交收。

● 如送貨地址附近沒有免費停車位置,客戶需支付首半小時或一小時(較低者)之泊車費或自行到樓下交收。

● 部份地址或須安排客戶到指定地點交收,例如村屋地址於村口交收。

● 送貨地點不包括「偏遠地區」,請查閱「購買及送貨資訊」內列表,以確定運送地址是否屬於送貨範圍。

退貨或更換


● 除另有規定外,概不接受退換貨物或退款。

● 如客戶發現產品質量相關的問題,可保留其貨品及為貨品拍照,並必須於交貨後起計24小時內傳送電郵至 infohk@doublechefs.com, 本公司將盡快聯絡客戶。

● 若產品質量問題,源於客戶以不恰當貯藏方式處理而發生,或客戶未能於交貨後起計24小時內反映,本公司一概不予接納。

免責聲明及責任限制


● 客戶同意互聯網上的數據傳輸不可保證為完全安全。儘管本公司致力保護該資料,本公司不保證且無法確保客戶傳輸給本公司的資料的安全。閣下向本公司傳輸任何資料須自行承擔風險。

● 除法例另有規定,本公司毋須因客戶於登記、登入、連接個人社交網絡,任何因電腦、手機、流動應用程式、網絡等技術問題,報名參與活動或購買產品途中的任何失誤、延誤、失敗、中斷、攔截、暫停、欺詐或違反保安事項;或本公司控制範圍內的任何原因,對所產生的任何損失、損害賠償或索償,向客戶或任何第三方負責或承擔任何責任。

隱私政策


● 如因颱風、地震、海嘯、洪水、停電、戰爭、襲擊等天然因素或其他不可抗力因素造成本公司伺服器斷線及客戶個人資料流失,本公司不負責善後及賠償。

● 客戶可能不時被要求提供資料給本公司,以便使用/訂購某些產品。客戶瀏覽本公司產品時,可能會被要求提供進一步的網站使用資料。

● 本公司會定期透過電郵向客戶提供最新消息或在未經閣下要求而發生的通訊。所有本公司的客戶有權選擇拒絕接收我們的營銷通訊和特別優惠。如果閣下不希望繼續接受我們的營銷通訊和/或特別優惠,請選於本公司發送之推廣電郵底部,點擊"從訂閱清單中移除(unsubscribe from this list)"。

● 閣下確認並且授權本公司保留並儲存閣下提供的所有資料,於本公司一個或多個資料庫之中。本公司並不會透露給第三方,但提供支援服務人士或機構除外。

● 本公司可能使用「曲奇檔案」("Cookies")收集用戶對服務的使用資料,這樣有助於用戶再度到訪網站時之用。「曲奇檔案」是由網絡伺服器發出的一小段資料,儲存於網絡瀏覽器之中,使日後可從該瀏覽器閱讀該段資料。目前,從曲奇檔案收集到的資料用於提高服務的功能。本公司服務所提供的資料,是根據本公司就用戶對服務的累積使用進行分析,然後加以組織和編排的。曲奇檔案有助同時能使登入程序更順暢更快捷,以及保存通話期之間的資料。若使用「曲奇檔案」收集資料,而有任何個人損失,本公司一概不會負上任何責任。

● 本公司有需要更新本政策,有權修改而不作出任何通知。

本公司保留修訂此服務條款及隱私政策之權利,而不作出任何通知,如有任何爭議,Double Chefs Market保留最終決定權。客戶須自行負責在發出任何購貨單前先查閱本網站服務條款及隱私政策。購貨單一經發出,客戶即須視作已接受有效的本網站服務條款及隱私政策。當客戶於任何時間不同意條款,請勿使用本網站。

Order


● If the customer makes an order, it cannot be cancelled.

● We will confirm receipt of the customer's order by email.

● Since the quantity of goods is deducted from the inventory after payment, adding to the shopping cart does not mean successful purchase of goods. Order confirmation is subject to successful payment.

● The law stipulates that alcoholic beverages cannot be sold to persons under the age of 18. Any customer who orders alcoholic beverages online must ensure that they are 18 years of age or older and have the right to legally purchase the above goods.

● We endeavour to ensure that the goods described on this website are up-to-date with relevant information and prices, as well as inventories, and reserves the right to change the price of the goods without notice. All orders are subject to final confirmation and processing depending on the availability of the relevant goods. Any goods that are offered to the customer for replacement due to shortage of goods, the company has the right to refuse to accept the order, or to recommend the same type and price of goods for selection.



Payment


● We use third-party payment services for online transactions. When the customer makes an order, they agree and accept their terms and conditions, and the customer's payment information will be collected, processed and retained by us and the payment service provider. The customers agrees and accepts that he or she is solely responsible for any loss incurred in the course of the transaction, and we shall not be liable for any loss in whole or in part under any circumstances.

Delivery


● To protect the health and safety of our customers and carriers, For the delivery orders to the building with latest confirmed case of coronavirus within 14 days, our carriers will hand over the goods at the nearby designated locations instead.

● Customer are unable to request specific delivery time. 

● If the customer fails to accept the goods at the confirmed delivery time and location, due to the unavailability of customer or for other reasons, the customer agrees to allow the ordered ingredients to be left at the confirmed delivery location (or the closest, most accessible location), and the delivery process will be deemed to have been completed. The company does not guarantee the ingredients can be stored at an appropriate storage temperature after delivery, and will not be responsible for any subsequent events, including but not limited to the deterioration of meat, quality of ingredients or theft. If the delivery location is deemed to be a remote area, and the delivery is arranged for a designated location at which the customer fails to accept delivery within the specified delivery time, the delivery will be removed from the designated location, and the ingredients will not be re-issued. 

● When the goods arrive at the customer's designated address, the company is released from responsibility. Neither is the company responsible for verifying the identity of recipients, only that recipients will be required to sign for confirmation of delivery. If the customer requires goods to be placed outside the door, or the management office, the company will not be responsible for any consequences thereafter.

● In case of any change of delivery details, please contact us at least 1 working day during opening hours before the scheduled delivery time.

● Delivery service may be suspended or postponed due to weather, traffic, area or other factors, and delivery time will be arranged separately.

● In order to keep the ingredients fresh, some ingredients will be supplied on the delivery day. Orders may be affected by the supplier. If we fail to provide any products or services on your order, we will notify the customer by phone or email before delivery or pickup.

● Customers are requested to check the quantity of all goods at the time of receipt. If there are any problems, please notify us within 24 hours after the delivery date.

● The delivery must be completed within 14 days after the purchase day, otherwise Double Chefs Market reserves the right to cancel the related order.

● The order enters the logistics process system immediately after "confirmed". Therefore, temporarily changing the ordered product or product quantity in the confirmed order may cause differences in logistics records and affect the delivery arrangement. Therefore, please we have not been able to change any confirmed orders. We hope you can understand.

● Number of delivery per day is limited and available on a first-come-first-served basis.

● For buildings without elevator access, or can only be accessed via staircases, customers must collect from downstairs themselves.

● If there is no free parking space near the delivery address, customers must pay the first half hour or an hour (the less) of parking or go downstairs for collection. 

● For special locations, customers must collect from a designated location e.g., for village houses address, customers must pick up at the entrance of village.

● Delivery areas are not including remote areas shown on "ORDER AND DELIVERY" page. 


Return or replacement


● Unless otherwise stated, no exchange, return or refund will be accepted.

● If you find any problems related to product quality, customers may keep goods, take relevant pictures of affected produce, and send an email to us within 24 hours of the delivery date: infohk@doublechefs.com. We will make replacement arrangements as soon as possible. 

● We will not bear responsibility for product quality issues resulting from improper handling or storage by customers, or the customer’s failure to report issues within 24 hours of delivery.


Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability


● Customers agree that the transmission of data over the Internet is not guaranteed to be completely secure. Although we are committed to protecting this information, we do not guarantee and cannot guarantee the security of the information transmitted by our customers to us. Your transmission of any information to us is at your own risk.

● Unless the laws of Hong Kong otherwise required, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising in any way from or in connection with any system, server, computer, mobile phone, app, Internet or connection failure, error, omission, interruption, unavailability or any delay in transmission during, but not limited to, the course of the event of registration, log in, connection to the personal social networks, product redemption and product purchase, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.


Privacy Policy


● If our server is disconnected and the customer's personal data is lost due to natural factors such as typhoon, earthquake, tsunami, flood, power outage, war, attack, etc., or other force majeure factors, we are not responsible for the aftermath and compensation.

● When you make an order of the company's products, you may be asked to provide further information for the use of the website.

● The company will regularly provide customers with the latest news via email or communications without your request. All members have the right to choose not to receive our marketing communications and special offers. If you do not wish to continue to receive our marketing communications and/or special offers, please select "unsubscribe from this list" at the bottom of the promotional emails. 

● Customers acknowledge and authorize the retention or storage of information in one or more of the Company's databases. We do not disclose it to third parties, except those who provide support services.

● We may use "Cookies" to collect user data on the use of the service, which helps users to re-visit the site of use. "Cookies" are small pieces of information sent by a web server and stored in a web browser among the segment so that the future can read data from the browser. Currently, the data collected from cookies to improve services for the function. If you use "cookies" to collect information, and any personal loss, we will not bear any responsibility.

● We will update this policy and has the right to amend it without prior notice.


We reserve the right to amend this Terms of Service and Privacy Policy without prior notice. In case of any dispute, Double Chefs Market reserves the right to make the final decision. It is the customer's sole responsibility to review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of this website prior to issuing any purchase order. Once the purchase has been issued, the customer is deemed to have accepted the valid terms and conditions of the website and the privacy policy. Do not do the online transaction when the customer disagrees with the terms at any time.
