選購流程 


由於商品種類繁多,顧客可與本公司聯絡,讓我們深入了解閣下的需要,我們將以專業廚師角度,推介更符合閣下口味的食材選擇。


網上訂購

一旦完成網上訂購及付款程序,本公司將以電郵方式通知閣下已收到訂單。發貨當日,本公司會以電郵方式,通知閣下最新的送貨狀態。如送貨狀態為「發貨中」,表示本公司已進行出貨準備。如客戶仍未收到本公司電郵,可致電查詢送貨狀態。


冰包及保溫袋


為確保食品安全及質量,若客户選擇以「送貨」方式收取貨品,本公司會在發貨時以保溫袋包裝,並加入冰包運送。


若客户選擇「門市自取」,購物滿淨額 $500可獲贈保溫袋及冰包1份;若淨額不足 $500,可於門市以$20加購保溫袋及冰包1份。


請注意:本公司供應之冰包不可食用。如無破損情況下可重覆使用;一旦出現破損,切勿再用,以免發生危險。


1. 送貨服務 


客戶可選擇以送貨服務取得貨品。有關送貨條件及費用見以下表格。

* 為保障顧客與送貨員,若顧客選擇送貨至14天內有已確診新型冠狀病毒感染個案出現之大廈,送貨職員只會安排於該大廈樓下交收。

* 各發貨日均設有配額限制,額滿即止,恕不另行通知。


運送費用

購物滿淨額 $600,運費全免。如訂單淨額不足$600,收取運費$100。

送貨地點不包括以下「偏遠地區」,請查閱本表以確定運送地址是否屬於送貨範圍。

注意事項


送貨過程中如未能聯絡收件人之安排

- 為確保食品安全及質量,所有已發貨之食材恕不安排回收及重發。請客戶務必確保收貨人電話及地址正確。

- 如因無法與客戶聯繫或其他原因,以致客戶未能在所選送貨時間及地點收貨,即代表客戶准許送貨員將閣下所訂購之食材,放於下單時之送貨地點(或最近可送達之位置),並視作完成送貨程序。本公司並不保證食材在卸貨後,能夠保持適當貯存溫度,亦不會負責任何後果,包括肉質變壞、被他人盜取等情況;如送貨地點屬於偏遠地區而安排在指定地點交收的顧客,未能在指定送貨時間內交收,送貨員將會從下單時已商議之指定地點取走,已發貨之食材並不重發。

- 當貨品送抵客戶指定地址,本公司責任即已解除。本公司並無權責核實收件人身份,但會要求收件人簽收作實。若客户要求將貨品放置於門外或管理處,因而導致任何後果,本公司概不負責。


因送貨地點限制的特殊安排

- 如送貨地址未有升降機直達而需步行樓梯,客戶需自行到樓下交收。

- 如送貨地址附近沒有免費停車位置,客戶需支付首半小時或一小時(較低者)之泊車費或自行到樓下交收。

- 部份地址或須安排客戶到指定地點交收,例如村屋地址於村口交收。


因不可抗力,導致送貨暫停或延期

- 送貨服務可能因天氣、交通、地區或其他因素而暫停或延期,送貨時間將會另作安排,並有專人作出跟進。

- 為保持食材新鮮,部分食材為即日採購,訂單可能因供應情況而受到影響。若本公司未能提供訂單上的任何產品或服務,本公司將於送貨或取貨前通知客戶。


訂單內容出錯

- 客戶請在收貨時,當面點算所有貨品及相應數量;如有任何問題,請於取貨後24小時內通知我們。


收取貨品時效

- 訂單確認後,必須選擇於14天內收取貨品,否則Double Chefs Market保留取消有關訂單的權利。


客戶更改送貨資料

- 如需要更改送貨資料,客戶須於至少提前1個工作天,並於辦公時間內提出要求。


客戶更改訂單資料

- 訂單在「已確認」後立即進入物流系統程序,因此在「已確認」訂單中更改訂購產品或產品數量,可能造成物流記錄有差異而影響派送安排。故此,請恕本公司未能更改任何已確認的訂單,請客戶理解及體諒。

How to Shop?


Let us know what you like. We’ll recommend ingredients to suit your taste, from a professional chef’s point of view. The list of ingredients is deep, wide and delicious.


Order Online

Upon completion of your order, and payment confirmation, you will receive an email. On delivery days, shipping status and tracking will be updated. Let us know if there’s any problems.


Ice Packs & Insulated Bags


To ensure quality, customers who choose home/office delivery, food will be packed with ice and insulated bags. Those who pick-up in person will receive ice packs and insulated bags for purchases of $500 and over. We’ll add $20 for purchases under that to keep it cool and fresh.


CAUTION:Remember, the ice in the packs is not edible. They can be reused if undamaged. Don’t re-use them if they’re torn or broken.

Delivery Fee

Free delivery for net purchases of $600 and over. If the net purchase is less than the $600, an extra $100 will be charged for delivery.

Arrangements for failing to contact recipients during delivery process 

- In order to ensure food safety and quality, no recycling or re-sending of ingredients that have already been shipped can be arranged. Customers must ensure the consignee's phone number and address are correct.

- If the customer fails to accept the goods at the confirmed delivery time and location, due to the unavailability of customer or for other reasons, the customer agrees to allow the ordered ingredients to be left at the confirmed delivery location (or the closest, most accessible location), and the delivery process will be deemed to have been completed. The company does not guarantee the ingredients can be stored at an appropriate storage temperature after delivery, and will not be responsible for any subsequent events, including but not limited to the deterioration of meat, quality of ingredients or theft. If the delivery location is deemed to be a remote area, and the delivery is arranged for a designated location at which the customer fails to accept delivery within the specified delivery time, the delivery will be removed from the designated location, and the ingredients will not be re-issued.

- When the goods arrive at the customer's designated address, the company is released from responsibility. Neither is the company responsible for verifying the identity of recipients, only that recipients will be required to sign for confirmation of delivery. If the customer requires goods to be placed outside the door, or the management office, the company will not be responsible for any consequences thereafter.


Special arrangements due to restrictions on delivery locations

- For buildings without elevator access, or can only be accessed via staircases, customers must collect from downstairs themselves.

- If there is no free parking space near the delivery address, customers must pay the first half hour or an hour (the less) of parking or go downstairs for collection. 

- For special locations, customers must collect from a designated location e.g., for village houses address, customers must pick up at the entrance of village.


Delivery suspension or postponement due to force majeure

- Delivery service may be suspended or postponed due to weather, traffic, geographical conditions, or other factors. An alternative delivery time will be arranged separately.

- To keep ingredients fresh, some ingredients will be supplied on the delivery day. Orders may also be affected by suppliers. If we fail to provide any products or services relating to your order, notification will be provided before delivery or pickup.


Error in order 

- Customers are responsible for checking the quantity of all goods at the time of reception. If there are any problems, please notify us within 24 hours of the delivery date.


Delivery of goods time limit

- The delivery must be completed within 14 days of purchase date, or Double Chefs Market reserves the right to cancel the related order.


Change of delivery information by customer

- For any change in delivery details, please contact us at least 1 working day, during opening hours, before scheduled delivery time.


Changing order information by customer

- The order enters the logistics process once "confirmed". Changing the order, product therein, or product quantity of the confirmed order may cause differences in logistics records and affect delivery. Once orders are “confirmed, we are unable to change any orders. We thank you for your understanding.

2. Pick up at store 


Customers can also choose to pick up good, in person.
